Course Fees:
By signing this contract, you are agreeing to pay all course fees. These fees are non-refundable.
Students who withdraw from the program or who are dismissed from the program will still be held
responsible for all costs incurred on their behalf.

The fee schedule will be as follows: approximately 50% due upon registration for the course ($250) and
approximately 50% due on the first day of class (January 5

) ($275). Total course fees: $525. Fees will
be made payable to Judithanne Scourfield McLauchlan.

Students will not be permitted to participate in the internship program unless 100% of the fees have been
paid.

The course fees will cover hotel, ground transportation, and some meals while in New Hampshire. In
addition, students will need to book airfare (which will cost approximately $200; please wait for further
instructions before booking your flight) and to bring some spending money to New Hampshire. Students
will also need warm winter clothes (for those of you who will need boots and gloves, we will go shopping
at discount stores and Goodwill/Salvation Army-type thrift stores on the day we arrive).

Program Application:
Before registering for the Road to the White House seminar or Field Work, students must complete the
application packet, consisting of 5 documents: the USF St. Petersburg Study Abroad Contract, USF St.
Petersburg Study Abroad Liability Waiver, the USF St. Petersburg Study Abroad Medical Questionnaire,
the Road to the White House Internship Application, and the Road to the White House contract (this
form).
Please complete all of these forms (5) and return with your deposit check ($250) to Professor McLauchlan
in Davis 118.
Keep a copy of these forms for your records. Professor McLauchlan will notify you in writing as soon as
your name and social security number have been forwarded to the Registrar, formally granting permission
to register for these courses.
