Donald J. Calista teaches primarily in the electronic MPA program at
Marist College in New York. His articles appear in: The International Review of Public Administration, Public Administration Review, Administration & Society, Public Performance and Productivity Review, Comparative Political Studies, Policy Studies Journal, Policy Studies Review, and Public Productivity Review, among other journals. He has received two Fulbright Fellowships for research in Japan and is a member of the public administration honor society, Pi Alpha Alpha. His research continues on implementation and, recently, he has presented papers on the emergence and impact of virtual organizations and on organizing homeland security.
