Learner/participant outcomes: Participants will learn a system, plus numerous strategies, tools and techniques to successfully manage and motivate student behavior and to organize a classroom environment. Strong consideration will be given to teacher trainers and professional mentors to demonstrate techniques to use with culturally diverse student populations, varying levels of economy/poverty, and resources available for rural, suburban or urban locales. This session will provide a semester’s curriculum to insure success for future teachers. B. Methods: There will be a comprehensive handout, unique PowerPoint with Hicks Animation and sound.
