– Empowered were the Small and Medium Business Agency(SMB
the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy(MOCIE), a tradit
business supporter, and more importantly the Ministry of Informa
Communications(MIC), key player equipped with huge funds des
promote IT-related policy.
