III Other Approaches
The Course Syllabus builds global ethics case studies and the Model United
Nations into the strategy for carrying global affairs into the middle/high school
classroom. The graded class activities do not include these approaches, but class
discussions do (ie, Discussion Board and Breeze Live). Both approaches include many
possibilities for interesting classroom activities. Still other methods of bringing global
affairs into your classroom are discussed, but will not involve graded classroom
exercises.
IV Online class discussions
Online class discussions may relate to any of the above and may also involve
consideration of other course materials and topics. Participation in all these areas will be
expected.
