Abstract:

This study primarily aims to construct a theoretical framework bridging the gap between offline community and online community by examining the ongoing community studies up until now. Basically, this research presumes that not only community has existed and will persist in the future, but also offline community cannot be separated from online community. Assuming this position, this exploratory work seeks to propose a foundation for describing the typology of community, and analyzing the community empirically through a networked community communication model.
