Unformatted Document Text:  Computer Administered Surveys 23 REFERENCES A note on references: Many of these references were gathered using subscriptions to article databases such as EbscoHost and WilsonSelectPlus. With regard to the WilsonSelectPlus articles, these were retrieved through WilsonSelectPlus using OCLC’s FirstSearch database. No URL to reach them is available; however, many academic institutions should be able to access these hosting services through the reference department in their library. Also, articles from EbscoHost, WilsonSelectPlus, and Lexis-Nexis do not have page numbers that correspond with the page numbers in the actual articles, so when these articles have quotes lifted from them and placed in the body of the study, no page numbers are listed.
