Has Feminism Caused a Wrinkle on the Face of Hollywood Cinema? A Tentative Appraisal of the 90's

Third, the film also offers a warm and egalitarian model of a black family, the supportive team around Maguire = s successful client. Overall, unlike the fantasy romances of Pretty Woman and Sleepless, Maguire contends with some harsh earthly dilemmas in the world of cutthroat economic competition, and with the evolution of various forms of relationships, ranging between sex, falling in love, long term commitment, and the belated realization of enduring love and commitment.
