Results Frenquency and T-Test The frequencies of all variables are summarized. In addition, the T-Test provides a perspective of variations between the two cultural groups. And in order to answer the research hypotheses, we ran the Pearson Correlation test. All results are reported below. Table 1 shows the frequencies for all eight variables: preparation, expectation, communication abilities, time, and anticipation, peak, valley, and smooth states for the Korean managers. (INSERT TABLE 1 HERE) Table 2 shows the frequencies of the above-mentioned variables for the Mexican workers in this study.
