Host Communication Competence and Psychological Health: A Study of Cross-cultural Adaptation of Korean Expatriate Employees in the United States*

Methods Participants The participants of this study were Korean expatriate employees who are Korean-born nationals working in U.S. subsidiaries, joint ventures, overseas branch offices, and multinational corporations located in major metropolitan areas in the U.S. A total of 101 employees currently working in these areas participated in the survey. Methods
Participants
The participants of this study were Korean expatriate employees who are Korean-born nationals
working in U.S. subsidiaries, joint ventures, overseas branch offices, and multinational corporations
located in major metropolitan areas in the U.S. A total of 101 employees currently working in these
