Please note: your responses are confidential, this is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers. Instructions: Below you will find 24 statements about your approach to various situations. Some items may sound similar, but they address slightly different issues. Please respond to all items. Indicate your degree of agreement with each statement by placing the appropriate number in the box next to each item.
