The students with the highest grades let and help the students with the lesser grades to have more time in the oral presentation so the teacher knows they have worked. At the present time the educational system, both in the private and the public Universities are incorporating the work by teams in the classroom. Social abilities as well as leadership abilities are needed for these team work activities. Sometimes the students are allowed to choose their own team members but sometimes the team members are assigned by the teacher. The grading system is from zero to 100, 70 is the passing grade. The teacher does not use the curve system to grade. There is no competition among the students. Individualized behavior is not rewarded and sometimes if a students wants to be too responsible he will be looked down among his peers. There is little mobility, so students know each other for years. The student is expected to help his classmates and t develop tight bonds with fellow students. Since most University students live at home, the majority do not have to work and have the time to study in groups. If a student has earned a high average grade during the semester sometimes the teacher will excuse him from taking the exam. Students that have average grades will ask the good grade students for their notes to study for an exam. . This process takes hours, between studying, socializing eating and playing. The use if Internet to do homework and assignments is spreading rapidly. This manner of studying in groups and doing homework assignments becomes interesting when they
