Answer the following questions for these policy decisions in the blue books that have been provided. Identify each policy decision and complete the questions on one policy decision before you move on to the next policy decision. You may consult your journals to help you answer these questions. Also, use the information that you have been learning from the earlier part of the semester and apply this knowledge to your analysis. However, it is not appropriate to copy answers that you have prepared in advance. 1. Examine the policy decision in terms of the players who were involved. 2. Analyze this policy decision from the perspective of the relevant stakes for those players. 3. What rules were important in making this policy decision? 4.
