Abstract:

The presenter theorizes her own critical autobioghraphical incidents with regards to the dominant discourses and power relations in the academia that she negotiated as a mama teacher-scholar. She unpacks her concurrent experiences of privilege and marginalization given her gender, race, language, and motherhood.
