Abstract:

The success of probationary faculty is crucial for the success of a teacher education program. Constancy is critical to building quality. Mentoring toward success in research, in teaching and in service is a shared vision and a shared responsibility in our college. Action consists of individually assigned mentors, first readers program, group therapy, writing groups, etc.
