Participants who attend this session will be able to discuss the various steps in the
design process, share examples of each of the steps, and leave with a plan of action
that can be taken back to their institutions for implementation. The design process is
descriptive but provides institutions with the flexibility to take the step by step plan
and fit it to their own needs and goals for program evaluation.

Methods
Participants will receive a packet that includes the design process template and a
PowerPoint slide handout that discusses each step in the process. An overview of the
design template will be provided, the steps will be discussed, and questions related to
the template and design process will be addressed.
