Learn how facilitators of a semester-long Residency I course use performance-based evaluations through Problem-Based Learning opportunities, Professional Learning Communities, edTPA practice, field experiences, and the Tennessee Educator Acceleration Model (TEAM) rubric to help teacher candidates to develop the critical thinking skills that are needed to become successful educators.
