Abstract:

Presenters will share experiences in developing an advising plan which provides critical feedback to students on dispositions and a support structure for self-reflection in response to the feedback. Participants will engage in a discussion with the presenters on the importance of maintaining high standards for demonstration of professional dispositions within the teacher education program for transition to the profession.
