Abstract:

This session will provide an opportunity for the presenters to share details about an Integrated Collaborative Partnership Agreement between a school district, university-based educator preparation program (EPP), community college, and an alternative certification program (ACP). This partnership agreement was established to support the common goals of recruiting, preparing, and retaining successful teachers in a north Texas school district as part of a local Grow-Your-Own (GYO) program.
