Abstract:

Pre-service teachers may find support from a community of practice (CoP) to be helpful as they begin student-teaching. Yet CoPs are often bound by geographical and time constraints. GroupMe could provide support while affording accessibility since nearly all student-teachers are well acquainted with the daily use of Smartphones.
