Abstract:

This case study research focused on the values of Truett Cathy, founder and CEO of Chick-fil-A, and their effect on the Chick-fil-A organization. Alexander Hill’s Judeo-Christian values were used as a guide for detecting the values found in Cathy and the Chick-fil-A organization. The results of this research demonstrated the use of Hill’s values of holiness, justice, and love by Cathy, the Chick-fil-A organization, and operators of Chick-fil-A restaurants.
