Expanded DescriptionAs models for teacher and administrative preparation have changed, so too has the paradigm for graduate level preparation in school counseling. New vision school counselors provide every student with the support needed to acquire skills in academic, career and personal/social development. This session offers higher education administrators and faculty members the awareness of what is involved to move from a traditional model of counselor preparation to a transformed model for school counseling to better meet the needs of 21
