Studies on vocabulary instructions reveal that principles of learning are not well incorporated. In response to improvement, “Web-based Vocabulary Learning Management Program” was developed. This presentation outlines the design, rationales and functions of this tool and shows that it is a versatile helper to learners and teachers in various fields. |
