Students and Professors are leading the change through the adoption of Internet and IT devices.
This will require a coordinated work and a deeper level of commitment among different government and non-
government organizations, like Higher Education Institutions, ProSoft, MexicoIT, AMITI (the Mexican IT Industry
Trade Association) just to mention some.
The following figure shows which technologies will lead the IT transformation with the highest impact focus on the
teaching and learning environment.
