Cultures in cyberspace: Interpersonal communication in a computer-mediated Environment
Unformatted Document Text:  It is significant that cultural factors affect most types of communications, including interpersonal and intercultural and business-to-business. Especially in web-based communication, internet turns out to be a medium that promotes information exchange, cultural interaction, and more tolerance and understanding towards foreign cultures and traditions, which could generate a feeling of togetherness. 16 Bibliography: AGRE P., (1997), “Building an internet culture”, Los Angeles, Pergamon Press CASTELLS Manuel (2001), “The Internet Galaxy: Reflections on the Internet, Business and Society”,Oxford University Press, Oxford DEUTSCH P., “Preserving and promoting the internet culture”, Bunyip Information Systems Inc.
