Target groups have been chosen in accordance to the tasks of the Bologna convention on
the development of higher education in Europe and the development of the civil society
in Turkey.
•
Target groups: lecturers and students from corresponding specialties, who are selected in
accordance to the specifics of intercultural dialogue an education.
Multiplier Effects
Interaction at research and practical level, between lecturers and students, from their position of
citizens of the two partner states. This reflects on university education and guaranties equal
expectations from the results of the project;
Insuring the political priorities from the strategy “General and professional education 2010”
during realization of the project. It will show the stage of their application in research and
practical light;
Effective participation in the forms of lifelong learning, in the process of cooperating of
lecturers and students from Bulgaria and Turkey;
Improvement of the proportion between men and women from different faculties, who
participate in the target groups and the beneficiaries. The goal is to support equality of the sexes
with its specific aspects, in accordance to the differences in the specialties.
Sustainability: The sustainability of the project is crucial, for it means that the effects of the
project will continue for a long time.
•
Centers of intercultural dialogue and education in the universities, participating in the
project, will function in collaboration with civil society in the concrete country and in the
European Union.
•
They will derive financing from different forms of education in thematic and professional
plan from the universities.
•
They will contribute to national and transnational training on intercultural education of
adults.
•
Financing will be provided by the universities and European Commission programs for
education and culture.
•
Centers of intercultural education in the concrete cities will continue to function in
partnership with: local authorities, regional inspectorates for education of the Ministry of
education and science, teachers’ syndicates and non-government organizations.
•
The project offers change and adaptation of state, educational, anti-discrimination principles
in regard of the choice of textbooks and syllabuses for the universities.
•
An ethic code for the work of Bulgarian and Turkish lecturers in intercultural environment
will be elaborated.
•
Exemplary form of evaluation for the pedagogical activity of lecturers in intercultural
environment will be offered to the Ministry of education and science for approval.
