Abstract:

This presentation will provide ideas for setting up an international immersion and include how to prepare for the immersion, what to consider of in terms of customs/traditions of the host country, expectations of modifying courses for the s-l experience, working through issues of the “unexpected,” and preparing students (and faculty) for re-entry after the s-l immersion.
