Abstract:

This paper will describe the overall design of the random experiment where principals are randomly assigned to a treatment group that receives regular, ongoing feedback from teachers and coaching and a control group that does not. The paper presents findings about the nature of feedback from teachers to principals about their leadership effectiveness and the extent to which principals and teachers agree on the levels of the principal’s leadership effectiveness
