This paper focuses on aspects of a New DEEL curriculum that relate
specifically to developing the capacity for the practice of moral,

schools. The framework views moral leadership as a praxis across five
dimensions: the personal, interpersonal, communal, systemic and
ecological. In the Freirian sense of praxis, each dimension involves
both reflection and action. Second, the author will analyze the general
implications of the framework for a New DEEL leadership preparation
