Abstract:

This presentation includes results from a phenomenological study of women who engaged in a career transition following the birth of a child. Utilizing Gilligan’s philosophy that experiences be expressed through the voices of the women themselves, discussions include maternal influences, the perception of self, and the impact on future generations.
