Abstract:

We examined how the current generation of college students views feminism, liberal feminist beliefs, and gender stereotypes. Few students self-identified as being feminists. Students who self-identified as feminists endorsed goals of global feminism. Participants who reported more liberal feminist beliefs also endorsed items favoring equal rights between men and women.
