Abstract:

Few studies have examined the interplay between gender and ethnicity, inadvertently excluding the experiences of women of color, a group doubly marginalized in terms of both ethnicity and gender. This presentation discusses findings from interviews with college-aged women, highlighting differences in experiences between women of color and White women.
