Abstract:

For a “he says, she says” situation of potential sexual harassment at worksite, “Reasonable Woman (Employee) Standard” should be used in determining the case. When textbooks include such information, students have better understanding of the issue. This study investigates the role of textbook content and its effect in students’ understanding.
