Abstract:

The main purpose of this study was to assess the influence of creative drama method on university students’ aspects about rights of the child and rights intrusion. Fort his purpose, the study about child rights and rights intrusion was carried out with 30 university students from different departments and classes, during creative drama lessons which lasted in eighteen hours.
Qualitative data gathering instrument were mainly observation, focus group interview and document analysis. Students also kept a diary about their thoughts and motion. At the end of process diaries were gathered and six students’ diaries were selected for analysis. Researcher interwied these six students. Futhermore, whole group was observed by reaserher during the process. All data were searched by content analysis. At the end of the qualitative analysis, the findings demonstrated that the creative drama has an effect on university students’ perceptions related to rights of the child and rights intrusion.
