Abstract:

A look at the methods used in investigating/measuring learners’ proficiency. It addresses the topic from a research method and test design perspectives. This includes issues relating to collecting and analyzing data. The researcher suggests a triangulation method that accounts for the different dimensions and attributes of distinguished foreign language learners.
