Abstract:

A response to the preliminary findings of the linguistic diversity and politics of knowledge project: the role of culture and language in the divergences in theoretical and empirical work in comparataive and international education. How do the spaces in the discourses align with the cultural and economic norms of the "other" - emergent approaches that have the potential for liberating knowledges.
