Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate a school that has undergone paradigm change, to explore the adoption of educational technology systems and identify how educational technology systems are used in regard to the information-age paradigm. The findings of this study will add to the literature on the functions that need to served by educational technology in the information-age paradigm of education as well as design and development of PIES fully integrating those functions.
