Abstract:

Reform Judaism, with its teachings, cultural underpinnings, and commitment to social awareness was hypothesized to support the lesbian identity development process. Interview data with lesbian women who identify as members of Reform Judaism allows exploration of how these multiple identities can be viewed as a strength.
