Abstract:

Gender politics continues to play an important role in beliefs about extramarital sex. Given changes in the patterns of marriage and interpersonal relationships that have occurred in the last decades, including civil unions and gay marriage, it is worthwhile to discuss psychological research on this issue of importance to women.
