Abstract:

A number of negative outcomes experienced by adolescent girls entered into sex trafficking have been documented. The positive characteristics many of these adolescents possess to overcome these challenges are less known. Through interviews with therapists working with adolescent girls exiting trafficking, this study will explore strengths demonstrated by these adolescents.
