Abstract:

A qualitative review self-defense (SD) programs concluded that evidence regarding their effectiveness was inconsistent. However, there has not yet been a meta-analysis of the effectiveness of SD programs for women. The purpose of this study is to conduct a meta-analysis of SD programs to determine the effectiveness of SD programs.
