Abstract:

This study utilized Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR) methodology to investigate the gender climate on a college campus. While women have achieved equity in classrooms, men control social life on campus. The process of developing action research to address campus climate issues will be described and strengths and barriers addressed.
