Abstract:

This poster presents an integration of empirical and documentary reports of the experiences of female-to-male transgender persons focusing on sources of formal and informal support services. Implications for formal psychological services will be highlighted. These include areas of cultural competence and improvement of psychotherapeutic services for this often invisible population.
