Abstract:

This study examines the impact of sexual communication with close male friends for 75 college-aged heterosexual women. Sexual assertiveness, sexual self-efficacy and safe sex behaviors were assessed using correlational and regression analyses. The relationship between sexual communication and aspects of women’s sexual lives will be addressed.
