Abstract:

Sexual assertiveness is defined as communication of one’s sexual desires for sexual pleasure and has been found to be related to sexual satisfaction. The current study explored how sexual assertiveness was related to the frequency of hooking-up, the number of partners, and whether the hook-up experience was perceived as positive or negative.
