Abstract:

The goal of this discussion is to increase raise consciousness of cisgender privilege and gender policing. We will review definitions, provide a framework and examples for examining cisgender privilege in training and encouraging participants to share their experiences. We will close by collaboratively identifying advocacy behaviors. Open to all psychology disciplines.
