Abstract | Word Stems | Keywords | Association | Citation | Similar Titles

Abstract:

The purpose of this basic qualitative study was to examine what current Idaho school administrators, and Capacity Builders, suggest leadership preparation programs offer to bolster candidates’ skills, knowledge, and dispositions regarding educational reform. Findings indicate a more structured process, in cooperation with school districts, be used to admit candidates, a more in-depth Internship experience be required, and theories of leadership be clearly integrated with practical application.
