Abstract:

Employing interpretive theory, this study investigated 331 university ESL teachers’ socialization in language programs for international students. This study employed a mixed methods design, examining teachers’ culture diversity awareness and intercultural experiences prior to practice, exploring teachers’ socialization processes and perceptions of the relationship between diversity and language teaching.
