Abstract: Colleges are now filled with Millennials, who have also been branded "Generation Me," demanding that teachers adapt to their schedules, provide entertaining lectures, and recognize that "we work for them." Rather than denounce their requests, it is time we address their concerns by incorporating collaborative classroom designs. In response to these “entitled” students, we propose a syllabus design that considers student choice from day one so students gain a sense of responsibility in the classroom.
