Abstract: This presentation acts as a capstone for the previous presentation. This paper discusses the primary findings of the labor market analysis conducted in Siem Reap, Cambodia in November 2010 in cooperation with the Caring for Cambodia- Lehigh University partnership. These findings include employment options in the formal and informal economy, opportunities and challenges in accessing tertiary education, the pervasiveness of corruption in the education system, and identifying skills sets that are necessary for competing in the current and future economic sectors. This presentation also addresses threats to reliability and validity , limitations, and areas of future research.
